Spring! It's almost here. It feels like it where I live already. My garden is starting to sprout up and I just prepped my raised beds for zinnias and a mix of perennials for my cut flower garden.  This collection was inspired by warm neutrals and hints of copper, leather and simple patterns.  I could design a whole space just around that chair and the ceramic chime would look great hanging out in my garden.  Are you ready for Spring?

Each year, I watch for that last patch of snow to melt on my garden so I can start working the soil and planting my seeds.  Jillian and I both live on the east coast, but being further down the coast - warmer temps visit her before they do me.  She can happily play in the dirt while I still tend to my indoor plants and dream of getting my fingernails dirty.  Do you live in an area where you don't have space for a garden outside?  Not to worry - Today, Jillian highlight's a variety of ways to invite some spring green both inside and out!  Even if you're not able to till the soil and rotate your crops, you can still enjoy the beauty of spring gardens in your home!

As I write this the birds are chirping outside my window.  They wake me up around 6 every morning and even before sunrise.  That's what I love about the first weeks of Spring. Along with the birds, comes the all the new growth in the garden. Everything is starting to sprout out of the ground and soon all the plants will be in BLOOM.  It's the amazing and wonderful part of nature that never gets old. In the sprit of the season the four of us ( Amber, Cinne, Jillian and Nanako) gathered up our favorite Etsy finds for our current trend page IN BLOOM.  It's a fanciful mix of flowers, plants, and everything that feels like Spring.

What's your favorite part of the Spring season?

Next up for my spring interior design reboot is the living room - a continuation of my post from Monday titled SPRING :: ENTRY DECOR.   I started with a search for a new couch and when I found the refurnished pair of MID CENTURY ARM CHAIRS, I was hooked!  The gorgeous lines coupled with the beautiful white fabric just made my heart swoon and my interior designer heart go pitter patter.  I just knew I had to pair it with one of Jillian's fabulous COLOR BLOCK PILLOWS -  yummy, yum-yum right?  Once I had my signature pieces in place, I simply added to my core design and - voila!  A modern, yet colorful and inviting living room space is on the way!
