It's finally Fall and some of our favorite handmade finds include knits and gifts for pampering yourself. See them all below.
Even though the Summer can be super hot in Texas, I have to say I am really looking forward to it. We've had an unusual rainy Spring and we haven't had much sunshine. I will probably regret wanting warmer weather in about a month, but right now it would be a nice change. I love Summer because it's when color collides. From fashion to home decor, it seems like color is everywhere and it's bold and red hot. That's where I gathered my inspiration for this collection. I needed a color jolt to wake me from my rain induced slumber. How do you spice up your style for Summer?

In our previous exploration into the creative mind of designer Cinne Worthington, we went on an Ocean Orientated adventure. Living in the coastal city of SF where she runs her shop CBanning Accessories, Cinne turns eastward for today's post to take us on an inland excursion. She shares her story through a muted color palette in warm sand tones with punctuated color to create a welcoming and calming mood. Her style is relaxed, but sophisticated - I almost feel like she might be blogging from a modern spa somewhere in the southwest! Is this true Cinne...because that would would be nice! Regardless of where you live, come capture the mood of a special inland inspired retreat!
I'm happy to announce that I was able to wear my flip flops yesterday! Woo Hoo!! This can only mean one thing...that tank top season is around the corner. What goes hand in hand with flip flop and tank top season...accessory season, of course! I'm usually a pretty plain and simple kind of gal who can normally be seen in some work clothes while sporting a happy head of bed head hair. However, I do like to get dressed up and look like a civilized citizen of the world. Dressing up for me means:
- painting my toe nails
- slipping on my new Olukai leather flip flops (thank you Cinne!)
- wearing a cool necklace
I don't own any long necklaces, so this year I want to mix it up with something fresh and fun. I love the idea of dressing up my go-to summer outfit of super casual flip flops and tank tops with a tassel necklace - so I've rounded up some modern finds! Hmmmm...now, which one to choose!
What's your go-to summer look and how do you like to accessorize?
